Empire does Suck! My husband and I spent a little over $10,000 yes that's right. Ten thousand. We have about a 4 inch spot on the floor that looks like someone may have spilt water or something. We were told the warranty doesn't cover that. We have only had the floor about a year and a half. We were told there was a 25... year warranty. But guess what the warranty doesn't cover water damage or scratches. So I ask her what did it cover and she couldn't answer me. I was about to have them come out to put new flooring in my bathrooms but I will not be doing business with them again nor will I refer any one I know to them. If you spend this much money and this is the service you get I can't imagine the service you get if you only do 1 room.Read More

Empire Sucks!! They sell product and tell how great it is and then it doesn't stand up to what they say it should. Then they finally are sapost to fix the problem after a million of phone calls and complaints. They schedule a day to come and fix it and then we call to find out what time they are coming and the stupid p...lace cancels the install for repair instead of getting a hold of the installer. We moved everything out of the room and now we have to put it all back until they rescedule!! They say they give you qualiti service all the give you is a headacke!!Read More
