Notley Que BBQ Catering T minus 10 days till I leave for Tempe Arizona, for the last KCBS contest of the year. Looks like the top 3 teams in the nation are planning on coming out to try and beat each other for the coveted KCBS Team of the Year award. But....I know some Hogs, and some McFrankenboos, and some Bullies, and some Notely Ques, and a man named Otis, and a Rythem and Q or two, that are gonna rain on their parades.

Notley Que BBQ Catering Just an FYI. With my help Pablo Diablo (Chef Paul Peterson) took 18th place in Whole Hog this weekend. Thats 18th place at the 1st time we ever cooked a whole hog. It was delicious.
