Experienced practitioners will guide you through periods of meditation followed by group discussion into how meditation fuels a wholehearted embrace of life in the 21st Century. Based ...on the teachings of Evolutionary Enlightenment, meditation in the context of an evolutionary perspective opens up a whole new orientation to both one’s spiritual yearnings and innate care for the world.

These Meditation + Evolution evenings convey the rich nature of Evolutionary Enlightenment through an exploration of the two fundamental aspects of self and reality: being and becoming.
The meditation is followed by a presentation conveying, each week, a different facet of the approach and philosophy of EnlightenNext. J...an. 5's theme is 'Enraptured by Nothing' which is about the fascination of being still and the sense that ‘ I could stay here forever’ of meditation.
The evenings are free to newcomers and £4 subsequently. There is a great vegetarian meal (£7) after which affords the opportunity to continue the discussion and exploration.
