The Whiskey Off-Road flows smooth starting on the Historic Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott Saturday, April 24th 2010.
Mountain bikers will enjoy a brief stay and steep climb on the pavement while making their way out to the endless single-track offerings located in the Prescott National Forest. Once in the forest, part...icipants will experience technical fast single track, smooth fire roads, quality climbing and vistas that will leave them speechless.
Upon completion of their ride, participants plus spectators, friends and family are all welcome to enjoy a community concert with special musical guests. The concert will be located in the same place as the events start/finish line allowing listeners to kickback on the courthouse lawn, revel in the day's efforts and enjoy a cool mountain evening in good company - bring a chair, steady vibes and good friends then relax on the lawn as the tunes play and the sun sets on Prescott's infamous Whiskey Row…
Scheduled in late spring and based in downtown Prescott, the Whiskey Off-Road offers perfect conditions for riding, relaxing on the Courthouse lawn and shopping the many retail opportunities in downtown Prescott. There's no question the Whiskey Off-Road offers a little something for everyone; be it rider or spectator.
Funds raised through the Whiskey Off-Road go towards the Yavapai County Food Bank and Prescott Alternative Transportation.

Celebrating our 11th year mountain biking in the Sonoran Desert, the Kona Bikes 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo is one of the largest 24 Hour events in the world. Come join the event the mountain bike community has been raving about for years!
With mid-day highs of 70 degrees, a massive bike expo, dedication dinner, late nig...ht entertainment, reasonably priced entry fees and 24 hours of tunes provided by 91.3 KXCI Community Radio this four-day festival is far more than just a 24 Hour mountain bike event.
Of the many organizations we donate event proceeds to, the Kona Bikes 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo raises funds specifically for the Copper Corridor Economic Development Coalition (CCEDC). CCEDC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established to promote economic stimulus in nearby old mining towns located in Eastern Pinal county. Eastern Pinal's communities have been hard hit over the past several years as result of the nearby mines shutting down their operations. CCEDC is generating new opportunities for commerce through tourism, education and historical significance.
