I finally got back to Colorado (from Tulsa), but got sick for my vacation and couldn't make it up the mountain. Didn't get farther than Boulder. Was still relaxing just looking up towards Estes! Thanks for the images!!

my family did a thanksgiving dinner in estes about 5 years ago....watched the NE football game at the brewery and attended the xmas light parade on friday....snowed....absolutely the most beautiful thanksgiving weekend ever....

This is how awesome Estes Park is..just received a Christmas Card from their Comfort Inn today. We stayed there in Oct while on vacation and had very friendly service..and the card tops it all! :)

Grandparents lived in Estes went all the time. I remember Ripley's always wanted to go there but my parents said it was a waste of money. Finally got to go, thought it was sooo cool.

If there was a Target, Tuesday morning, In and Out burger or a million other places, then it wouldn't be Estes Park, it would be just another polluted metropolis like Denver, Boulder, etc. I pray that the residents of Estes continue to keep all these chain type businesses out and keep it the way it is.

My heart goes out to the folks and the town of Estes Park. My husband and I love Estes Park and visit as often as we can. Estes Park is a resiliant little town that has pulled through tough times in the past with the flood in the early 1980's.
