
Ethical Homes As predicted yesterday, super-low rates didn't last long; the mortgage-backed securities markets are trending upwards again this morning. Rates are still pretty low (30-yr FRMs are still around 5% for many borrowers), but not as good as they had been briefly. In unrelated news, don't forget to set your clocks back on Sunday.

Ethical Homes Mortgage rates are dropping back down to record-low levels after a very healthy auction of Treasury bonds this afternoon.
