Cindi Schuneman I am thankful for the hundreds of Brilliant Teens who have enriched my life these past 25 years!

Brian Miller I'm thankful to the McGaw YMCA for making me the person I am today.

Amy The Y has provided me a place to hang as a kid, the experience of Camp Echo, and a job that I really like. I am very thankful for everything it and the people who have worked there have done for me in my life.

Gregg Ray This place is Great, not only was it there when I needed close to home therapy for my back, it's in a cool building, and the staff is top notch in helping out and in solving problems between high-strung clientelle!

Pablo Callejas Wow!!! Happy to find this group, I was part of ICCP in camp echo....great summer 2005....Hope everything is going great at camp echo and in general at MCGaw YMCA.

David I loved working the front desk, especially when we had the phone system for the residents where we had to use plugs to connect their calls to the floor phone on their floor. For some odd reason, that was the funnest part of the job!

Sherri Heinisch Grossman I have the BEST memories working at the McGaw YMCA for Michael and with Laura not to mention the "gang" :)

Peter Graham I remember the summer I worked there - maintenance for girls camp / counselor for boys camp & horse wrangler for co-ed. That was an awesome summer

Hilary I spent part of or most of my summers at Camp Echo starting in '77 through '80. I met many wonderful people and had tons of fun. It was really almost a spiritual experience--my heart was touched by the friendships, the campfires, the songs, the natural beauty and good vibes. I also participated in Brillianteen--Carouse...l in '79--and worked at the Y on and off, starting in h.s. and later as an adult. The Y was always a cool place!! Long live McGaw (thanks, Michael D., for passing this page on!!!)! And a big hello to all my Y friends and acquaintances!

Zac Stern good memorys from birthday partys with the giant red dog in the "warm" pool. and Camp Echo

Matthew Bowker The Swim Team and all the friends I made in the pool...before you actually had 2 of them that is.

Justin Salk I'm right there with you Kip. I can't think of anything more rewarding than the many years I spent volunteering with the JR. Boy's Clubs, the After school program, and Camp Echo!!

Kip MacMillan I believe I was an advisor to 6 Y clubs, the staff advisor to Plant Room, volunteer with Brillianteen and a member of the board. Those were some of the most rewarding experiences of my 27 years with the Evanston Police Department. Congratulations to one and all at the Y for 125 years serving the kids of Evanston.
