The heart of this method of Healing is using intention, energy, our hands and our heart to help others feel better, more radiant, awake and alive. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating, regulating and managing life energy. We will learn solo and partner exercises. We will learn to cle...ar blockages and harmonize destructive emotions as well as various techniques to alleviate back pain, neck pain and hypertension.
All levels are welcome. This workshop will benefit the student as well as the health care provider or anyone interested in making others feel better.

This class is designed to help you understand why your knees ache, specific dia...gnoses, and various degrees of each. We’ll discuss “high signs” with knees, and ways to prevent further discomforts. We’ll work with ways that ankles and hips contribute to their achiness and modifications in postures to prevent these. Dancing is one of the oldest and deepest meditation techniques. It has been used by infinite masters and spiritual traditions as a direct way to go straight from the thinking mind to our being. When we dance from our being we allow the cosmic energy and life force to flow through us. This will be an evening of sacred dance and reclaiming our healing magic. You will be guided in the beginning into warm up movements that allow the inner life force to awaken and then the evening will flow into experiencing your own inner tandava.
