
FAB FAB S Mark II is a big success. Taste testing to commence. Initial reports that it has "good fish flavor".

FAB more trials of FAB S this weekend. Kicking it up a notch.

FAB First trials of FAB S tonight. Trying it with tilapia filets both broiled and fried after a 30 minute dip.

FAB FAB works pretty well as a rub for ribs, it turns out. Just add it in addition to your regular rub in about equal proportions.

FAB Cooking up some ribs today. Going to try adding FAB to my rub, instead of injecting it.
