That nifty looking pot with the locking lid isn’t just some mysterious space age kitchen vessel… it’s a pressure cooker! And by the way….chances are that if you own one or have seen one, it’s a Fagor. Yep, we’ve been the Mac Daddy of pressure cookers for a looooong time which is funny because when you think about it.. our products are all about the opposite of long (or slow for that matter).

Pressure cookers are amazing time savers with even more amazing cooking results! So unless you can classify yourself as someone who is a fan of all-things-slow (if you (heart) your dial up connection, enjoy watching paint dry or regularly attend turtle races) you’ll be impressed by how fast this thing can turn out a meal.

Yes! In about 1/3 of the time it would take to make it in a regular pot on the stove you’ll have something hot & tasty waiting for you to gobble up. Mmm Hmm! Now THAT’S what we call quick cooking. And if you think about it, you’re not only saving time…..time to do other stuff like.. well …updating your facebook status!!!.. But you’ll save a tremendous amount of energy too…and in case you live under a rock, being energy efficient is COOL.
