Re: SESAME STREET LIVE REFUND
If you exchanged Sat. 12/19 tickets for Sun. 12/20 tickets, Ticketmaster WILL NOT automatically refund your tickets--even though both days were cancelled. YOU have to call THEM and ask them to contact the Patriot Center to verify what date you exchanged the tickets for... Ticketmaster's exc...use is that they "don't know" what date you got an exchange for--they told me I could've gone to the Friday show!!!
Patriot Center, I hope you will contact Ticketmaster to ensure that ALL Sat. & Sun. ticketholders are getting refunds. I am sure many people have forgotten to check about a refund, or assume it will happen automatically.
