Celebrate the New Year by joining us on Saturday, January 3, 2009 for SAPT's 1st Ever Lift-A-Lot-A-Thon. We're raising money for breast cancer research and all proceeds will be donated to the Side-Out Foundation.
The Lift-A-Lot-A-Thon will have 5 components: tire flips, push-ups, pull-ups, farmer's walks, and vertical ...jump. Are you as strong as you think? You'll get a chance to see how you stack up against college strength/conditioning coaches and athletes. We're raising money for breast cancer research and all proceeds will be donated to the Side-Out Foundation.
