"There's only one thing wrong with the Davies' baby... it's alive." Another killer tagline for yet another of my fond creepy kid monster memories.
Back in the day when a PG rating really did mean "parental guidance,"......; this mini-monster movie was clever with the way it uses nuances to creep the young audience out. ...Rather than overdoing the bloodshed, legendary schlock director Larry Cohen played tricks, like when then the milkman gets himself gobbled up by the flesh-eating tot, it wasn't blood that ran like a river from the back of his truck, but gallons of pure white milk. Cohen also steers away from showing the baby in full, but instead in quick glimpses of its bulbous head and fangs -- leaving the audience wanting more.
The biggest surprise of this monster movie is that who'd expect a B-movie about a mutant maniac baby, who rips people limb from limb, to also be a such poignant allegory for parenthood, and the fears that go with it. There is some great dialogue from
John P. Ryan, as well as the other adult players, that speaks to the
fears and concerns of raising a child in these days. The best moment
comes when Ryan, in an Omen-inspired dilemma, must decide to off his
own murderous kid and save the world, or keep it.
It gives new meaning
to the old adage: "a face only a mother (or dad) could love..."

To answer the question in title, I would have to say they do. The diapers I am changing these days have a light brown lining, but that is only if I wait too long to change it. At that point, however, the lining of the diapers is the least of my concerns...
