NDSU College of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Sciences This week NCPA will be conducting an annual Angel Tree fundraiser for Hospice of the Red River Valley. The tree will be set up in the Dean's Office, and your help is needed to decorate it! A $5 donation will hang a gold ornament on the tree, and a $3 donation will hang a silver ornament on the tree. A bake sale on... Tuesday 10-2, Wednesday 12-1, and Thursday 10-2 will benefit the Hospice also.

NDSU College of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Sciences Happy Thanksgiving! NDSU will be closed on Thursday. No classes on Friday.

NDSU College of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Sciences PLS is participating in the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program. A tree is set up in the Sudro Lounge with Angel Tree Tags. Each tag is for a child from our community who parents are unable to afford gifts during this holiday season. If you can help, please take a tag and purchase a gift for the child. Then place the unwrapped gifts underneath the tree by December 9th.

NDSU College of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Sciences Allied Health Week fun fact of the day: Respiratory Care had its beginnings in the mid 1900s with “oxygen orderlies” whose primary job was to transport oxygen tanks where needed within the hospital. This was the method of delivering oxygen to patient care areas unlike the piped in oxygen that you see today.
