American Red Cross Connecticut Regional Chapter Since midnight, the Connecticut Chapter has responded to three fires in New Haven. The Chapter is helping 14 adults and three children with temporary lodging and financial assistance for emergency food and clothing. Our hearts go out to the people affected by the fires and our thanks to the volunteers and donors who enable our response.
