Fast Track to Fat Loss Superstar trainer and runner-up at the 2009 Ms. Figure Olympia contest, Gina Alliotti, shows you 4 new ab exercises: foam roller knee ups, floor flutter kicks, turkish twists, and ghd sit-ups.

Key Point: Be sure to use good technique for each of these exercises and the last one, "ghd sit-ups," should only be done by th...ose who are advanced.
