Chef Matthew Pietsch will create a fabulous six-course dinner for our enjoyment. Each course will be prepared from local ingredients and paired with a Fenn Valley wine for a celebration of the region.
For a truly unique experience, each course will be served “family style” so that the guests can come together around gr...eat food and award winning wines.

Anne Pageau  just had a nice little trip to Salt of the Earth with the lovely Kate Davelaar and apparently we contributed to their "best cafe day" yet. oh, and overheard about 18 inquiries about the availability of their seedy salt bread tomorrow... the word has gotten out!
