Fergus Falls Daily Journal Juhl Wind Inc., the Leader in Community Wind Power, announced today that it recently began construction of its Grant County Wind Farm project located near Hoffman in the west central area of Minnesota. The $40 million project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2010.

Fergus Falls Daily Journal The Concord Street bridge is scheduled to open to vehicle traffic this afternoon, according to city officials. The bridge, closed since July, was replaced using federal stimulus dollars. The replacement of an adjoining water main was funded by the city.
Fergus Falls Daily Journal Officials with Otter Tail County and the city of Fergus Falls will host a public meeting on the Tower Road bridge and street project from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall. A presentation is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
