It's that time of year, and Local Hero (formerly known as FicketySplits and Weapons of Mass Percussion) are putting on a Holiday Spectacular the likes of which you've never seen in a bar! Free santa hats or reindeer antlers for anyone on the dancefloor (while supplies last!) Lot's of rock and roll with ...just enough holiday music to justify the set and costumes. Special guest performances!! Come be a part of the best thing going down I know about!

FicketySplits and Weapons of Mass Percussion Gearing up and putting the pieces together for our holiday spectacular "A Very FicketySplitsmas and the Weapons of a Mappy New Year" at Waxy's on Saturday, December 12th. Details will follow in a nifty advertisement.
FicketySplits and Weapons of Mass Percussion will be rocking out the ol Waxy O'Sheas Irish Pub again tonight, an open mic and they will more than likely want at least 30 to 45 mins of music, and with no clue what to play it should be an interesting show, no worries though when your rock stars you don't need a set list... the music just happens... (we hope)

FicketySplits and Weapons of Mass Percussion Just got booked to play next Saturday night at the brand new hotspot, the "Timeout Sports Bar" ! located on the back end of the Engler's Block, by the antique car museum. We'll be starting up around 10pm, and rockin' out until closing time. It sure would be sweet if we had some friends show up!
