The Board of Directors of the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, Inc. announced that Eliot D. Russman, of Redding, Conn., and New York City, has been appointed chief executive officer and executive director. In his new role, Russman will oversee all aspects of Fidelco's operations.

Fidelco dogs do not have tatoos. Must be another school
Kim Good afternoon, Saturday, November 21 and this is Guide Dogs of the Desert here, a gentleman in Atlanta Georgia called us because he believes he found a guide dog. German Shepard approximately 6-7 years old and he has a tatoo GD1234. We don't tatoo our dogs. I thought perhaps you did. His phone number is 404-218-124...9. He was going to call and contact you directly, but thought I would post this on your wall.
