There's a choice of sweet or bitter but I always choose bitter. It goes better with the olive and whatever savoury snack you're having with it; nuts, sliced meats, bread or the delightful little pizza pies pictured above.

Fig & Cherry Sooshi: sushi-style ice cream snack from New Zealand Natural ice cream company.

Little 'sushi' are made with real fruit ice cream. The outside 'nori' sheet is apple flavoured, the rice is vanilla or chocolate ice cream and the 'fillings' are a shot of sweet fruit puree of raspberry, apricot, lemon or blackcurrant.
