  6. PLEASE NOTE:

    The gym will be CLOSED tomorrow afternoon between 2:30pm and 5pm. Last entry to the gym will be at 1:45pm and it will be shut promptly at 2:30pm.

    It will then be re-opened as normal at 5pm.

    Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, this is hopefully a one-off and won't happen again.
  7. I am in strong, lean and in-shape because I CHOOSE to be. I choose to train 3x per week, I choose what foods I eat, I choose to set myself goals to aim for.

    If you are out of shape, carrying excess weight or have a poor level of fitness, ...it is because you CHOOSE to be. Your current state is a direct result of the CHOICES you make on a daily basis.

    If you are not happy with your choice, change it.
