The gym will be CLOSED tomorrow afternoon between 2:30pm and 5pm. Last entry to the gym will be at 1:45pm and it will be shut promptly at 2:30pm.

I am in strong, lean and in-shape because I CHOOSE to be. I choose to train 3x per week, I choose what foods I eat, I choose to set myself goals to aim for.
