The Finger Lakes Harvest 2009 Today is the final day of harvest here @Hazlitt1852! They are finishing the Cabernet Franc pressing and Tim Benedict is confident that what we are putting in our tanks will be a great addition to the Hazlitt Finger Lakes Wine Collection. #flxcrush
The Finger Lakes Harvest 2009 Wagner Vineyards has finished both machine and handpicking grapes as of yesterday. The juice is now in the hands of the winemakers. Our red vinifera is fermenting on the skins right now and all of our whites are in the tank. Very wet season for Wagner's but the winemakers are happy with the sugar and acid levels tha...t we have brought in and are looking forward to the 2009 series of wine.

The Finger Lakes Harvest 2009 Wagner Vineyards is currently hand picking Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Sugar levels are great and the acid levels are looking good. A video will follow in the coming week.
