Peninsula School of Art Bring the freshness of plein air painting to your canvas by using these photographs as reference in the studio. Shelby will teach you how, with a technique that begins with a brilliantly colored under-painting and is followed by the application of oils, acrylics or both. Through demos and individualized coaching, Shelby encourages a loose approach which enables you to create a vibrant painting every day!

We will explore mask-making designs from around the world, looking at patterns, color and design while we create our own magical masks. The Day of the Dead exhibition will continue through the end of the month, open for all visitors to contribute to the community altar.
