Fishing Line and Outdoor Radio Show 12/28 goose report. Don and I got to the field set up about 6 dozen big foots and half shells and our layout blinds looked in the snow....blue bird day, cold temps in single digets...only 1 problem...didnt see a goose. Apparently cold snap has things pretty froze up...birds moved south in seach of easy fields to feed.... It was only a few days ago that we saw thousands of geese working our area....
Fishing Line and Outdoor Radio Show Goose hunting tomorrow with co host Don, we hunted Sunday and saw lots of birds moving south in large 'V's....I think this snow cover has forced some birds to fly south in search on new feeding areas. Well see what shakes out in the am. JD
