
Lee Lee's Blessings I've never eaten or cooked salmon before, but I want to try it out because I hear alot about it being healthy for you...so are there any suggestions on how to boril, bake or grill it..I plan on trying to cook this tonight for my dinner..thanks in advance

FitWatch Had a great cardio workout this morning. I felt so good after it! I also stuck to my goal to stretch after each workout: I did some yoga with Rodney Yee (hip openers).
