FlatPak House Hello everyone!

Did you know FlatPak costs about 20-30% less than an architect designed 'one off' modern house? It's amazing the number of modernists that tell me 'we should have gone the FlatPak route!'

The reason they say this is categorically the same almost every time. They went way over budget, and the process w...as long, stressful and laborious. Lost was the predictability they were promised by their builder and architect.

FlatPak provides the predictability in terms of cost, quality and schedule that site building simply cannot. What takes builders months and years takes FlatPak only days. FlatPak is a simplified and streamlined process to take what is often the nightmare of stick building off your shoulders. Yet in terms of prefab, its ‘granular’ in the sense that your FlatPak can be configured in any way you desire.

If you have a question about FlatPak, or would like some information about the process, please contact us through our website.

FlatPak House Under Construction.

This 2200 square foot FlatPak should be a weather tight building envelope or 'shell' in about 7 working days total, start to finish.

Remember, FlatPak knocks off about 75% of building time over other methods of construction!

The Company that I was working for made the windows for this one. I'm sure Charlie's Flatpaks will be much less expensive than the earliest ones with Mahogany Sliding Windows and Fixed Glass. I am still a big fan of this type of structure and hope to see it continue.

can you tell me how much the overall cost for this home was besides the cost of the land? I am very interested in creating a home for my family that suits our unique needs perfectly.

Connie: Take the segments (since they get you to choose an exterior option every what...8 ft?) to get an estimate of square footage. Next, go for the average of $250 per sq. ft. That'll be your answer.
