Goubli is going to be flats like the others but in a mini complex which is going to available to people in other flats at Al Gezera and most important at the Arabesque House. Al Gezira has already got some communal facilities and the village is only 5 minutes walk but these flats are further from the road and quieter s...o we thought it would be nice to provide some on site facilities. also the Arabesque House is very close and only has a garden and we have some land next door that we have plans for. so Goubli will provide for both of those. Also we are aiming at the top end of the market so have to provide the best
