Foodies for Health Healthy Thyroid Shake: 1 heaping tbsp of Barleans greens, 1/2 tbsp powdered bladderwrack, 1/2 tbsp powdered kelp, parsley, handful of blueberries, water, splash of apple juice, 1/4 avocado. Yummy.

I don't have the cookbook but I did just get her vanilla icing recipe and I'm dying to try it!! Can't wait! Did I hear through the grape vine that you may want Dino to snap your wedding pics? Call him! He ROCKS the Camera...we were just at one of my friends weddings a few weeks ago, he took some pics and they were AMAZING!! We can send you some example photos if you'd like to see! :):)

Yes, I'd love to see them! He suggested doing a test run with me and Brian first which is a great idea. Im obsessed with his pics so I already know how great they would be! Btw, tell me how the icing comes out; I haven't tried that recipe yet. GF ingredients are so much $!

I just turned 30 and I have to say it was my "Bestest" Birthday to date. I had so much fun, hung with the best people ever and stuffed my face with delicious food. All the restaurants we ate at serve LOCAL food, and use only organically raised meats. Hooray!!!
