Foothills Insider® The Real Estate agent, Lucy Kraft, is well know to me, as she was my colleague at Long Realty. She is a white women, 68 years old and always professionally dressed. Her client apparently was white middle-aged man wearing nice clothing. Lucy had her Long Realty badge on, but nothing seemed to help.

More people become desperate and houses for sale look like an easy prey. In addition, when showing those houses, an agent has to keep watch over her/his own purse, car and life.
