CU may have won, but they still stink. Not to mention they still have to live in Boulder. We are going to keep making the Ground Buffalo for a bit longer, so swing on by and have a taste.

Matador Mexican Grill We just used our 500th gallon of milk. We use milk for our Queso Sauce and the Rosted Poblano Cream Sauce. Since those corporate burrito joints don't actually cook anything, and all they do is open a frozen box full of pre-made "cheese product" they probably don't even know what a gallon of milk looks like. Anyhow, ...nice work to all of the Matador crew for cooking so much. That is 4,170 pounds of milk. Holy Cow.

Matador Mexican Grill As you can all see, Brad loves the Honey sauce. So, I made another one today. We now have a (Mild/Medium) Honey Jalapeno and Brad's Favorite the Honey Habanero (hot). I don't think they are better than the Mango, but they are close. Let us know how you guys like 'em
