Walk for the Animals 2009
Walk for the Animals is the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser and has grown tremendously since its inception twenty years ago. Last year's Walk attracted nearly 5,000 people and 2,000 dogs from all around South FL and beyond in support of the thousands of homeless dogs, cats, kittens, puppie...s and bunnies that we need to help find loving homes for each year.
There is no minimum amount walkers must raise; however, the more donations a walker collects, the more "goodies" the walker earns. Prizes awarded to top FUNdraisers in both the individual and "Pack" (team of walkers) categories.Read More
