The Unity Walk is planned for Saturday, August 29, 10:00-11:30, meeting at the Courthouse Green and ending in Headwaters Park, where we are planning a brief ritual of mingling of waters and pouring them into the river, rededicating Fort Wayne as "the city of faiths."
Please:
[1] bring water to mingle with the wat...ers of the other faiths;
[2] bring a canned good or two to share with the Associated Churches Neighborhood Food Pantries, as well as
[3] dress in traditional, indigenous religious dress. We have the parade permit and are excited about showing our commitment to celebrate our religious diversity. Attached you'll find a flier about the Unity Walk.
