IPFW Financial Aid Office If you have the CVO (Child of a Disabled Veteran or Public Safety Worker) aid from the state, be aware that the state has changed the procedures. To cut down on fraud, the state is now requiring a birth certificate (or adoption record if adopted) to be submitted with certification applications. This applies to new application and renewal applications.

Then, during the 4th week of classes, enrollment hours are "locked in" to the system. The homepage of Touchnet will also show the aid posted as a payment and the current activity will show when the refund is posted to your account.

The office and phone lines will be jam packed today, you can save yourself a lot of time by checking your myIPFW billing screen to see if your funds were received.
