Wow!!! What an incredible blessing. I happen to stumble on your podcast on my iphone and have been listening to it ever since. My husband and I are foster parents to a wonderful 6 year old since June. We are babes ourselves in the system. With the help of the Lord and an incredible loving support from our spiritual ...family at church, she has become joy. At times it can be difficult, but to hear you share your personal joys (*0*),

Sarah Arland Hope your family is doing well. Hope you were only joking about us having to wait another month for your next podcast. I am hooked on your inspirational lives. Is that bad? I feel a bit voyeuristic. Sorry

I found your postcast on itunes a couple weeks ago and have been listening to several episodes everyday to get caught up to your 71 episodes. My husband and I are foster parents and have been licensed for almost a 1 1/2 years. We currently have 4 children in our house, two of which we got before we got licensed as fi...ctive kin. We are hoping to adopt them they have been in our house for almost 2 years the younges was only 4 months old. It is so nice to listen we have found that we have been thru many of the same things and had many of the same feeling. I have been thinking a lot about what sort of visitations if any mom will get after terminiation. They have yet to terminate moms rights but we do have a court date set. Thank you for all the information that you are putting out for others to hear.Read More

Margaret Coyle I just listened to the newest. Great job! Very good information. Our foster child is going to a relative placement soon and I am going to use some of the ideas as we prepare for the move.

Jeri Kunc My husband and I are considering becoming foster parents. (God willing of course) If we do this...we want to do it well and the more information we have about how it all works is a plus. Thanks for the podcast.

Hi. I wrote to your podcast website about a year ago when I discovered it. We have 5 adopted children. Your podcast is the best. I hope you keep it up for the next 15 years or so because it would be so wonderful to "listen" to your children growing up! We have been fost adoptive parents for 11 years and the issues... change as the children grow older, your advice will be needed by many parents as your children develop.Read More
