Fowlerville News Online What's your favorite Thanksgiving dish? We'll see which one tops the list. Reply with dish's name. If you wish to expound on this holiday, feel free. Mine is dressing & gravy. Scalloped corn (my late mother's recipe) a close second. Our family gathered together for no other reason than enjoying each other's company an...d giving thanks for our blessings (even when at times they may seem few & far between). Steve Horton

Well, I wish that I could say that my favorite dish is my step-dad, Steve Horton's, Green Bean Casserole (a dish that he insist on making every Thanksgiving!), however, I would have to agree with him and cousin Jackie, Grandms' s Scalloped Corn is my favorite as well!! :)

My brother was 4.5 yrs older than I, it had to be the last yr he was going out t/or/ting. My mother thought we should dress as Jack and Jill. Twisted as she was...she had my brother dress as Jill and me as Jack. lol Three other friends of my brothers dressed in drag too, and what a laugh we all had. I still chuckle 37 years later.

Fowlerville News Online Fowlerville vs. Lansing Sexton in football playoff this Friday (Oct. 30). When I was young Sexton was one of the biggest schools in mid-Michigan. Still good sized, but Fowlerville got bigger. Go Glads
