Hi
all, I was thinking about donating some time at the hospital on
Christmas day, and eve, so far the Idea I have is to Dress up like
Santa Claus and get some gifts for some kids or something along those
lines. Just sent the hospital and email inquiring about this idea. Let
me know what you all think since I have never...
do...ne anything like this and don't know if this is even a viable idea,
and if there are better ideas on how to donate my time during Christmas
I would appreciate hearing them. (Gf is busy in another country while I
am studying here so decided to give back to the community) Look forward
to hearing all your replies.
Sincerely
Alex

We were pleased to once again host the World Against Toys Causing Harm organization (WATCH.) At a press conference held at Franciscan Hospital for Children, organization Directors Joan Siff and James Swartz announced their nominees for the “10 WORST TOYS” of the year. They reviewed general hazards parents can watch o...ut for and demonstrated those hazards with representative toys.
We hope today’s conference will help remind parents to take care when choosing holiday toys. The best way to treat an injury is to avoid it in the first place.
