About the SMG:
Welcome to Center for Strategic Management and Globalization.
The researchers at the Center for Strategic Management and Globalization undertake research into the strategic behavior of companies in an increasingly globalized world.
The ambition of the Center is to develop into Northern Europe’s leading research center in strategic management and international business within a three year horizon.
The research is carried out in the intersecting field of these two disciplines with special emphasis on the challenges that globalization presents for strategic management. The research is based on the unique mix of ideas from organizational economics and strategic theory, which the Center’s group of researchers have cultivated within the last 5-6 years.

Professor Torben Pedersen from the Center for Strategic Management and Globalization, joins the editorial board of one of the most highly ranked management journals, Strategic Manageme...nt Journal.
CBS now has three representatives on the editorial board, as professors Nicolai Foss and Torben Andersen, also from the Center for Strategic Management and Globalization, already are members of the board.
