Jeremy Things must really be slow in the 107 Pct. Plain clothes officers issued a summons on Friday for a person riding his bike on the sidewalk. I can't believe they are using plain clothes officers to do this. The area had no bike lanes. If the cops know the neighborhood then they know people disregard the bike lane laws an...d thee cops don't enforce them. I ride a bike to work and have to go around construction barriers, buses idling and people double parked in the bike lane. When Mayor Bloomberg said the city should go green he didn't mean to make the city more greener by taking money out of the taxpayers pocket. The case was DISMISSED!
