FreshBooks imported a note.

When you build a business, there are things you make up as you go along. I’ve started an initiative for new FreshBooks hires where I ask them to send me a note at the end of each day.

@Mark Clulow - What to do when you want to go paperless but your clients want a paper invoice? Send them an electronic invoice and they can print it. Unless of course they don't - then send them one in the post. I have one such client, so I made her email address mine, I send "her" the invoice, print it and post it to her.

I love FreshBooks.

And BTW, they " think it (fanning) has nothing to do with fig leaves and feeding us grapes, and we are pretty sure that steps over a line somewhere."
