Just got back from SF's production of The Daughter of the Regiment. Personnally thought it was one of the best productions that I've attended. Even tho Florez didn't have the Pavarotti type of voice. It was still able to fill the hall and extremely expressive. What a great talent and very mature phrasing beyond his... years. I was very engaged by the performance. Team 200 and Fresno Opera's staff is attending San Francisco Opera's production of The Daughter of the Regiment this Sunday @ 2pm. Fresno Grand Opera We premiered our brochure last Thursday at the Friend of FGO luncheon. It was received extremely well. Ron made a GREAT presentation of our upcoming season. David Shearen and I performed some beautiful and exciting Violin/Viola duets to a sold out Friends crowd. What a great way to start the 09-10 season of Fresno Grand Opera!
Fresno Grand Opera Hope everyone is enjoy the first of a 3 day weekend! We are sooo anxious to send out our new brochure. The delay is due to finalizing the website. We are 90% done with that and everything should be going out the door mid week. I'm very excited to get feedback from ALL of you!
