According to the USA Today article entitled "Gas Prices Confine Sick People", published in Sept. 2008, some cancer patients are delaying doctor's appointments and chemotherapy sessions because they cannot afford gasoline. Mel's Magic is hoping you will help and support these patients as we focus on the transportation needs of the cancer community this July.
