I bought some kiwis today at the public market because I had heard that
they promote good digestion in that they have a high fiber content and
have natural enzymes that help digest proteins.
Rather than take a pic of my 3 small kiwis that I got for a buck, I

what I like mostly about this booth is the individualized bags of salad greens that are just perfect for single or couple households.
The wide variety of spices are also very well packaged and economical.
