Full Sail Brewing Company Catch what Élevage has to say about our 2008 Top Sail Bourbon Porter. Right now, our 2010 batch is patiently aging in bourbon casks in our cellar. Mark your calendars, it's due out in Feb, just in time for Valentine's Day. (Nothing says I love you more than a bottle of Bourbon Porter.)
