Outoberfest is a relaxed community block party celebrating the arrival of fall, Naitonal Coming Out Month and LGBT History Month. Local businesses, community groups, schools and universities are all represented. During the festivities, the GLCCB will be open for information and a special exhibit featuring Baltimore's o...wn LGBT community builders.
Appearances by Baltimore Icon Tia Chambers and a guest DJ spinning live on stage. Special exhibit and demonstration by local artist MOE:
