A nutrition, hydration, and exercise plan was tailored to his body requirements. The black line indicates the change in his body weight. The yellow line indicates the change in his... body fat. The red line represents his muscle mass change. The blue line indicates his fluid change. As the graph demonstrates, he lost 5.7 pounds of fat in just three weeks while maintaining his muscle mass.
