We used to be open 365 days a year, but it was always just us & the tumbleweeds on the Holy-day. Video Rodeo Oh, hey, maybe we should've mentioned this sooner, but we've decided to keep running two of our 5th anniversary specials until Xmas. For those looking for gifts, we'll keep doing our BEST GIFT CERTIFICATES EVER ($20 for 10 rentals--that's 1/3 off, y'all) and we're gonna keep blowing out the VHS tapes at $5 for 5 tapes.
Video Rodeo Added some new titles to the upcoming arrivals: World's Greatest Dad (12/15--Bobcat Goldthwait!), Extract (12/22--Mike Judge!), and Jennifer's Body (12/29--Diablo Cody!). Also ordered a couple of much demanded TV series: BBC's Planet Earth & Season 1 of Breaking Bad. Oh, and the release of Moon was pushed back unti...l January. Doing what we can...
Video Rodeo Thanks to everyone who came out to our birthday bash last night. We all had a great time (even knowing full well how much mopping we'll have to do today!), so maybe we'll try to invite you all over for free beers again soon. (In the meantime, you'll keep renting even without free beer, right?)

Believe it or not, Video Rodeo will celebrate FIVE YEARS of renting great films. There were times when it looked like we might not make it, but every time we sounded the warning siren, you came out and supported us. Saturday, it's our turn to thank you for five years of support. We're going to be running a bunch of ...specials that day to say thanks including:

VHS SUPER SALE: 5 VHS tapes for $5. (They're normally $3 each, so this is a huge discount. We've retired a bunch of tapes in the last few weeks, so there should be plenty of good options.)
RENT TWO, GET ONE FREE: Our usual Tuesday special runs all day Saturday. (Sorry, no new releases on this one though.)

Video Rodeo DECEMBER RELEASE SLATE: Paper Heart (12/1); Public Enemies, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Julie & Julia, The Cove (12/8); Inglourious Basterds, The Hangover (12/15); (500) Days of Summer (12/22); District 9, Moon, 9 (12/29). That's a TON, but we'll probably sneak in a few more as well. Whew!
