Hi Beverly! How are you? Yes, I had a great vacation. My friends made Coco's Curry for me. That's a type of fast food Japanese curry. And I made brownies for dessert! It was a fun weekend.

I am doing fine... thanks for asking!! Sounds like you had a great time, glad you enjoyed it!! My husband and I do kinda the same thing on weekends....we each take a weekend and cook something totally new to us, we like to experiment with new recipes and dishes! It's fun and interesting!
