I have been a member for I believe 2yrs now and I really love your service. Over the years I have seen MANY improvements to your site and I love your store. You guys have amazing deals on buying used games. However, I agree that you should bubble wrap your games because Xbox 360 game cases are very fragile and can be e...asily broken in transit.
My only suggestion would be to maybe open up if possible more warehouses throughout Canada. Maybe one for the west coast, east coast, and Ontario (similar to GameFly in the U.S.). I realize Canada doesn't have as big as a population as the United States so its not as needed but maybe even opening up a Game Access Store (such as you have in Montreal) in every major city in Canada would be helpful for faster service.

Chris Thanks for the apology on Canada Post's behalf but this still dosent explain why you havent sent out my next game as your service states it wll do. It's now too late on a friday night to expect a shippment and with weekend here I probably wont see a game now untill the end of next week if I am lucky. ( I knew I shouldn...'t have put that 2nd game in the mail, what a waste of money this is turning out to be! )
Chris I guess the seasonal mail problems have started, sent a game back in Nov. with fast return and still dont see a replacement game or that it has even been recived yet. I am a new subscriber that is signed up for 4 games, only have 2 games to play and is paying for reserved and fast return. these extra services that cost... extra seem to slow down service more then anything. at this rate I could just go buy the games ;(

Neil E Riding It would be nice to have more copies for rent especially for the popular games. I'm a new member but it seems to me that there are way too many wait lists. MW2, AC2, Dragon Age, Forza 3, L4D2, Arkham Asylum, Fallout 3 (This games been out forever!) just to name a few. People not paying premium for reservations have no ...chance of getting these games in their queue. For what you're charing per month I'm a little disappointed. Blockbuster costs more per month but at least I can trade my game instantly and most of these games were in stock the last time I was in.
