We are challenging new and established
designers to put their creativity to the test and design two dynamic
womenswear looks made from fabrics that include plastic-based fibers
such as polyester, rayon, nylon and more. One winner ...will receive a
$10,000 stipend to create their own 10-piece
Fall 2010 collection using the list of approved fabrics to be showcased
